Founding a new chapter
Like-Minded People
A chapter should consist of at least five people.
For your chapter, we’ll create a custom EA chapter shirt featuring your chapter name — so you’ll want to come up with a name that fits you and your crew.
Getting in Touch
At EA, there is a dedicated contact person who takes care of new chapters and their formation. Once your name is set and your group is formed, you can reach out to Thomas via email. He will then provide you with further details.
Merchandising
Your shirts will be printed and sent your way.
You’ll have to cover the cost of the shirts yourselves (sorry about that).
From that moment on, you’re officially a EA chapter.
And now what?
From this point on, you’re officially a chapter of the Bogensport Extrem movement. So what does that actually mean?
You can now take part in our annual meet-ups and the Chapter Cup. Of course, you’ll also wear EA merch with pride — showing that you’re part of the movement and stand for what we stand for.
In short: you love archery… and you’re not afraid to show it.
Like-mindedness
As a rule, we require a minimum number of members for a new chapter. This has practical reasons—for example, a single person does not constitute a chapter. Individuals are welcome to join the “Nomads” chapter, which was created to offer a place and a community for those who do not feel tied to a specific region or do not want to commit to one.
At the same time, we aim to promote the spread of the EA idea through our merchandising. New chapter merchandise is produced with the chapter name, and this production process is not economical for very small quantities and would make the shirts unnecessarily expensive.

Contact me at extremearchery@web.de and I will pass on and approve the necessary information with the shop.
Initially, 5 shirts must be ordered to have your own chapter set up in the online shop. You place the binding order for the minimum of 5 shirts by phone with the shop. Once they are available, your new chapter will be created in the shop, and anyone can then order your chapter shirt or other merch there.
Once you reach more than 10 members, I will personally visit you (possibly together with Steve or another person of your choice) for whatever you’d like—e.g. meet & greet, training, BBQ, video, etc. That’s up to you.
Merch
Through our merchandising, we aim to increase both the visibility and the idea of our movement. That’s why part of founding a new chapter is that you receive your own EA shirts customized with your chapter name—and hopefully wear them proudly.
This helps us grow our visibility and attract more people to join the movement. Because one thing is clear: it’s easier to make an impact when many voices come together. And we want to be many voices to spread our message.
